Bright Angel Park

Bright Angel Park lies in the Duncan, BC area.

Working in acrylics, using many layers and different techniques, I painted this from a photo taken by someone dear to me and later gifted the original to her.

The trail, the swollen creek, and the towering old‑growth cedars with their bright mosses moved me so much that I had the image screened onto an 18.5" x 23.5" wrapped canvas and will further embellish with rich colors and texture.
