Here I am again at 5 am ready to carry on.  Yesterday was a wash with all else going on in my life other than website building.

Have to say I  am ready to start a new painting, have numerous ideas, visions coming to mind that I know would bring me pleasure to put them to canvas.   One being - from a beautiful picture my grand daughter Haley took in her new neighbourhood where the fog is descending in early evening.   Another of a hummngbird ready to land for nectar and  couple more.  But I have to finish this website first before starting a new project other wise none get completed as they should.    So far, so good - has been a real brain stretching, training exercise ha ha haaaa (to say the least).

March 24th

and  am ready to publish my site so for all of you that  take a look through and read my blog I want to hear from you please.  Any and all feedback at this point will be very much appreciated.  Now  I must clean up my home and painting area so that I may carry on with this journey I am on,  believe me when I tell you this has more than consumed my life for the past month.  Wish me luck

Good morning, just enjoying a  sipping a good coffee

Mar 27

Again, good morning.  Looks like a much nicer day coming for us in the cariboo, our winters can be long and harsh as depicted in a few of my paintings.  This one, for example grew from a very very cold late afternoon drive home where along the way I passed a familiar pasture where there were 3 horses braving the gusting wind standing along their fence line close to the highway.   As you can see the painting took on a life of its own and grew from that vision I came across daily.    In reality, The farm house is not off in the distance  nor is the pickup with a round bale in the box, there were 3 horses only - this is the fun of inventing and bringing my vision to life in a believable or wishful type way?  I used an iridescent medium which added subtle colors and a bit of a sheen to the clouds.   If you'd like, click on the picture to enlarge.

Mar 30.

Now making a site gets to be an interesting challenge  once again.  What can you tell me about SEO and META wordings to enhance my site?   A lot to learn here.  When I do an error check I come up so many especially with the pop ups from gallery. Each requires Stronger SEO and META conversation to attract those browsing, looking for specfic types, genres of painting and proper heading alignment and I don't mean changing heading names - more so to do with heading # or P for paragraph and I have to go thru and apply this now to each.  Oh well may as well get started.  Anyway keep checking back to see what I have added to the gallery or changes I may make to the site.  I still have paintings to add as well.  Also if you have any suggestions send them to me.

I've been playing with another painting, one that I  have added to my gallery already bur felt I needed to do  a bit more to enhance, brigthen somewhat.  I wonder if anyone reading my blog will be able to figure out which one I am replacing with the enhanced  version.  I am now happy with this painting and yet until I worked on it some more was never really satisfied with the the initial outcome.
